On April 20, 2017, the company held an emergency fire evacuation drill for all employees. The drill was led by the Human Resources and General Affairs Department of the Management Department, combined with the actual situation of the company and with the joint assistance of various departments, the fire drill was carried out in an orderly and tense manner according to the predetermined plan, achieving a complete success.

This drill activity was carefully arranged and highly valued by all employees. Each person took their respective positions, fulfilled their duties, and was conscientious and responsible, ensuring that the drill was flawless. Through fire drills, the awareness of prevention and the ability of emergency evacuation and self rescue of all employees have been further strengthened. We have tested the emergency response capabilities of each emergency team in dealing with sudden accidents, improved employees' fire safety awareness and self rescue ability during fire evacuation, and also verified the scientific rationality and operability of the company's "Fire Evacuation Emergency Plan". 2、 Evacuation drill process

This drill officially sounded the fire alarm at 16:00 on April 20th. At the first moment, members of the evacuation team conducted emergency evacuation guidance work, the communication team simulated calling the "119" alarm, and the logistics team counted and confirmed the personnel. All employees quickly and orderly evacuated from the safety exits around the factory, and in just 3 minutes, they gathered at the designated location without leaving the queue. At the same time, the Fire Emergency Commander in Chief provided a detailed explanation of fire knowledge and escape skills, and summarized the fire drills.

3、 Summary of fire drill

1. The success aspect - through the smooth implementation of this fire drill, not only did it strengthen employees' fire knowledge and escape skills, but also verified the scientific rationality and operability of the company's "Fire Evacuation Emergency Plan". All personnel attach greater importance to fire drills than in previous years. After hearing the fire alarm ring, the employees conducted emergency evacuation in an orderly manner, ensuring no crowding or pushing. Employees can run to designated safety areas as soon as possible.

2. Shortcomings - Some personnel did not bend over and cover their noses while evacuating, while some individuals laughed and discussed, and could not take fire drills seriously.
