On June 19, 2015, the company held an emergency fire evacuation drill for all employees. The drill was led by the Human Resources and General Affairs Department of the Management Department, and with the joint assistance of various departments of the company, it was safely and smoothly implemented. The drill achieved the expected goal, tested the emergency response ability of each emergency team to sudden accidents, improved employees' fire safety awareness and self rescue ability during fire escape The mastery of the usage methods of fire equipment has also verified the scientific rationality and operability of the company's "Emergency Plan for Fire Evacuation". The specific implementation status of this fire drill is summarized as follows:
1. The company leaders attach great importance to this work and have held meetings with department managers to comprehensively deploy fire drills.
2. The Personnel and General Affairs Department of the Management Department organizes relevant personnel to discuss and deploy in accordance with the "Emergency Plan for Fire Evacuation" and the "Fire Evacuation Drill Process" to ensure the smooth progress of the drill.
2、 Evacuation drill process
This drill officially sounded the fire alarm at 14:00 on June 19th. As soon as possible, all members of the fire extinguishing team, evacuation team, communication team, and logistics team were assigned their respective responsibilities. All employees quickly and orderly evacuated from the safety exits around the factory, and in just 2 minutes, they gathered at the designated location without leaving the queue.
3、 Fire drill process
The members of the fire extinguishing team are divided into two groups to conduct fire extinguishing exercises on the two preset simulated ignition points. During the firefighting process, everyone can proficiently and accurately grasp key points such as how to open the safety pin, the holding posture of the fire extinguisher, the essentials during spraying, and self-protection during firefighting.
Through the smooth implementation of this fire drill, not only did it strengthen employees' fire knowledge and escape skills, but it also verified the scientific rationality and operability of the company's "Fire Evacuation Emergency Plan".
